Lidya VIP Transfer Passenger Transportation and Service Agreement
1. Parties This agreement is concluded between Lidya VIP Transfer, located at GÜZELYURT MAH. LARA CAD. NO: 15 /1 İÇ KAPI NO: 2 AKSU/ANTALYA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Passenger") who benefits from this service, under the terms and conditions stated below.
2. Subject The subject of this agreement is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the fulfillment of the VIP transfer service (airport-hotel, intra-city, or inter-city transportation) requested by the Passenger on the specified routes, dates, and times, with the specified vehicle type.
3. Reservation and Service Conditions
Reservations are made via the website, phone, or WhatsApp channels and become final once confirmed by the Company.
The Passenger is responsible for providing accurate information regarding flight number, landing time, number of passengers, and contact details during the reservation. The Company cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by incorrect information.
The transfer time is arranged based on the flight landing time. Delays in flight schedules are monitored by the Company; however, for delays exceeding 2 hours, rescheduling will be made based on vehicle availability.
4. Payment Terms
The service fee can be paid online by credit card during reservation or in cash/by card to the driver at the end of the transfer.
The stated prices include VAT, fuel, parking, and highway tolls (unless special requests are made).
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: For cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the transfer time, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Late Cancellation: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time or in the event of the Passenger's absence at the designated point (No-Show).
Fees for services that cannot be performed by the Company due to force majeure (natural disasters, road closures, etc.) will be fully refunded.
6. Passenger Rights and Responsibilities
Smoking and the transportation of illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
The Passenger is obliged to compensate for any material damage caused to the vehicle or its equipment.
Transportation of pets is accepted provided that it is notified during reservation and the pet is in a suitable carrying case (box).
7. Responsibilities of the Company
The Company undertakes that the vehicle assigned for the transfer is well-maintained, clean, and holds the relevant legal permits (D2 authorization, TÜRSAB, etc.).
Company personnel (drivers) are obliged to comply with traffic rules and courtesy standards.
The Company is not responsible for items forgotten in the vehicle; however, found items will be attempted to be delivered to the Passenger as soon as possible.
8. Dispute Resolution Antalya Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement.
9. Enforcement By completing and confirming the reservation form or initiating the service, the Customer is deemed to have accepted all the articles of this agreement.
